Want to try a standard Hatha yoga class or a fun yoga class that's something a little different? One perfect for breaking the ice, that's always full of laughter? This energising partner yoga experience should be right up your street - it's made for hen parties and birthday and other celebrations!

What’s included:

Yoga warm-ups to loosen muscles, joints and eliminate stiffness
Using your partner's resistance to deepen stretches in a playful way (partner yoga)
Team building games to bond the group together (fun yoga)
An indoor or outdoor yoga workshop at a venue of your choice
Deep relaxation that will leave you feeling rested and revived
Yoga mats, delicious fruit smoothies and chocolates are all included

Alternative postures will be offered to cover all abilities including pregnancy, so don't worry if you're new to yoga. Beginners are welcome! Sandhya Coyle will travel to your group at a venue of your choice in Bath or South West UK or you can come to me in Keynsham. Please note that this has been factored into the cost.
