In this 3-hour adult cookery class at Cooking It (Gloucester Road, Bristol) you’ll learn the techniques behind perfect Scotch eggs and make three of your own, each with a different flavour profile.
You’ll cover:
Egg cookery + timing for that ideal jammy centre. How to season, wrap and shape for a neat, even layer. The secrets of a crisp coating (flour, egg wash, breadcrumbs). Cooking methods and how to avoid splits, leaks and overcooked yolks
During the class, you’ll make:
3 Scotch eggs per person (3 different styles), A selection of sauces (think mustardy, herby, punchy dips), Tasty sides to serve alongside (fresh, crunchy, tangy)
And of course… you’ll sit down and eat together at the end, Cooking It style. 🥚✨
