Paul (chef) is just such a great guy, so friendly, calm, fun, pleasant fantastic teacher. We were very lucky as there were only 4 of us in the class, made it much easier with space, chatting to the other people & getting helpful tips & advice from Paul and his lovely assistant. Will definitely be back for another cooking class … will bring some girl friends next time.
