Much of the menu and recipes can be adapted to the guests, and vegetarians are more than welcome - simply share any dietary requirements on booking. This is a hands-on experience where you will get to experiment with recipes and have the freedom to try things out for yourself under the guidance of your chef.

Chef Paul was excellent. He was friendly and helpful, and provided some interesting background information of the development of Persian cuisine. Timing was tight, but we managed to prepare all the dishes on time. They were very tasty nad we even had some leftovers to bring home!

Paul started his work in kitchens washing dishes as a 15 year old, and soon grew to love the hustle and bustle of this industry. Heβs now worked as a professional chef for 24 years in kitchens all over the UK, as well as the U.A.E and Netherlands. As well as sharing his love for food at Cooking It, Mark also works at the National Chef Academy as Vice Principal, combining his passion for food and teaching with enthusiastic apprentice chefs. As a chef heβs willing to try anything and is always on the lookout for unique flavour combinations.
