In this one-off experience you’ll get to go behind the scenes and discover Ruby & White’s butchery process. You’ll learn about a variety of cuts of meat as chief butchery manager, Rob, butchers down an entire carcass of either beef, or pork and lamb. This is a chance to see first hand how different cuts are butchered, as well as hearing how best to cook them.
This experience isn’t hands on, but it’s perfect for foodies who are curious to find out about the intricacies of butchery. Rob will be sharing his knowledge and vast experience at the block, and you’ll get to take a selection of freshly cut steaks home with you, alongside a handful of serving suggestions.
