What to expect:

• A roaring log fire and a unique blend of essential oils in the burner, (intuitively blended for you before your arrival) radiating high vibrations
• A little time checking in with yourself, writing down a few things that you'd like to let go of in the session, bringing in your life experience and connecting with your true self
• One-on-one deep healing sound meditation using gongs, bowls and your host's voice
• Your host will work energetically and intuitively with you to clear the subtle bodies and beyond, releasing what no longer serves and nourishing you at a cellular level
• Opening up your heart and creating space for you to return to a more joyful and empowered, vibrant, colourful state of being
• You will be guided on a journey using breath, visualisation, energy clearing, balancing, sound
• Take home the essential oil blend from your session and a morsel of chocolate
