Even if you've never braved a pole before, this host will teach you everything that you need to know about them on the day.

Amazing session. My friends and I had so much fun. I don’t think we learnt much as we were laughing so much but we throughly enjoyed it.

This was a fun but tough work out! Feeling it today! Our instructor- Lule was great! So talented and made us all feel welcome and gave us an achievable routine for complete beginners! Lots of fun!

On the day
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your party. Four parking spaces are available outside FPS Fitness. Street parking is also available
- For public transport, the closest bus stop is Yardley Wood Bus Garage. Buses 2, 18, 27, 50X and 863 stop
- What to wear: tracksuit bottoms and jumper/hoodie for warm-up. Shorts and t-shirt for class
- Bare feet
