EmailFun, hands-on jewellery making workshop! Are you looking for something to do with your partner, some mother-daughter bonding, or even bring your bestie? Why not try something new and make a silver ring or a pair of stud earrings in this jewellery-making workshop.
Silversmithing is a brilliant way to spend time together. Make a piece of yourself (or for each other) to treasure out of sterling silver. Your host can direct you to gold plating services or you can message your host for a solid gold option for that added luxury.
What you will do:
- Create a simple thin band ring or pair of stud earrings
- Learn sizing, sawing and shaping
- Get to grips with texturing, polishing, and finishing
- Learn how to solder silver
- Walk away with a beautiful piece of jewellery to enjoy

Down to earth and welcoming Bethany loves sharing her passion for jewellery making with makers of all levels. Having learnt from Alice Goldsack, herself a student of the prominent Diana Porter, Bethany cares deeply about the silversmithing culture and community in Bristol. After years of creating her own work, Bethany developed engaging workshops for beginner jewellers and has taught people of all ages and abilities. Bethany is an experienced creative workshop teacher, educator and trainer who will ensure the experience is fun, memorable and participants leave feeling empowered.
