Your host for this 2-hour workshop is Shell, an experienced yoga and acro-yoga teacher. Under her guidance, you will learn the basics and everything you need to know to start moving.

In this workshop, you can expect:

  • Introduction to the world of acro-yoga
  • Creative and fun warm-ups in pairs or groups of 3
  • Plenty of guidance and support from your host
  • Learn about basing, flying and spotting roles
  • Work together to create shapes and poses

Shell encourages her students to trust themselves and their yoga journey, so they can build confidence both on and off the mat.

Shell is at her happiest when she's upside down either in yoga, acro-yoga or when she's being tossed into the air during standing acrobatics. Her yoga and acro-yoga workshops will help you become more confident, overcome your fears and connect to your inner self!
