Spend a relaxing evening creating a uniquely decorated piece of fine bone china! Collage together many images and as much text as you like from our unrivalled collection of historic and new water-slide ceramic transfers - there's plenty of weird & wonderful things to choose from, whether you're into vintage roses or anarchist slogans.
Our experienced workshop crew will guide you through applying the transfers to create your own uniquely designed mug*.
Tickets include a fine bone china mug, transfers, firing and tuition. *If you want to make something else, choose from a selection of other fine bone china ware (available for an additional charge on the day).
Whatβs Included:
Your fired ware will be available to collect one week later, from Stokes Croft China on Jamaica St
Your booking directly funds the community activism and activities of People's Republic of Stokes Croft (PRSC), including the People's Art Club & Community Drop-in, our regular People's Art Fair, the outdoor gallery and mural wall, a radio station, youth workshops, and support for local rough sleepers.
Please note: this workshop requires a minimum of three participants to go ahead.
We take group bookings or three or more, so if you can't find a suitable session here, contact us directly at Stokes Croft China to arrange a date that works.

A thoroughly enjoyable couple of hours. Could have spent all day there!
This was such a relaxing, creative environment. Everyone in the class made something so different, which was wonderful. I definitely would do it again, because you know it will never be the same twice.
We had so much fun doing this even if at times the pressure of coming up with a design we would want to live with on our mugs was rather stressful! The hosts were really helpful and gave some great advice. Iβll definitely be back and invite other people along too. Highly recommended even if your mug cupboard is already overflowing.
Really nice relaxed event and something to show for at the end!
Great time had by my two friends who were visiting from the US - they really enjoyed the experience and the host was overly
