With mats laid out, gentle music playing and fairy lights twinkling, everything will be ready so when you arrive you can simply lay down and relax. Wear whatever you’re comfortable in for 30 full minutes of guided relaxation, and then time at the end to gently come out of your relaxation feeling peaceful, refreshed and calm.
Your host, Julie, is an experienced clinical solution focussed hypnotherapist who loves sharing her guided relaxation experiences - whether you’ve tried this type of practice before or are completely new to it. All you need to do is turn up and enjoy some time for yourself to truly relax, before leaving feeling energised and refreshed.

Julie first tried hypnotherapy in a session with a friend who was studying, and soon realised it was something she wanted to pursue herself. She is now a clinical solution focussed hypnotherapist, seeing clients for 1:1 hypnotherapy and also running group guided relaxation experiences. Julie’s experiences allow space to calm your mind, reduce anxieties and relax you both physically and mentally. There’s no right or wrong for anyone who hasn’t tried something like this before. Simply lay down and go on a journey of blissful relaxation.
Julie loves seeing each guest’s transformation from how they arrive, to the feeling of calm after their experience. She particularly enjoys hosting group experiences, which allow everyone to be in that moment together, fully present and relaxed.
