This yoga and relaxation session offers a real tonic for the lead-up to this busy time of year so you can find inner stillness and calm. Take time out to relax and recharge on a morning of gentle yoga practice of asana, pranayama, and Yoga Nidra to create a real sense of ease and calm in both mind and body helping to support you through the holiday season.
Open to all levels of experience and beginners are welcome. Join me for a morning of inspiring authentic Indian yoga and a great opportunity for relaxed and informal socialising, shared with like-minded people. Chai, chat and cake are included!
