BYOB Pottery & Prosecco Night

We bring you The Pot Project's BYOB Pottery & Prosecco Night...The feel-good Friday kickstart to any weekend.

Join your hosts for a night full of wonderful creations paired with a barrel of laughs and bubbles! What better combination than pottery and prosecco? This workshop is the perfect excuse to get together with friends. Maybe you're celebrating a special occasion? They'll roll out the clay carpet for you.

Get your hands dirty in our hand building session, have a laugh and embark on your ceramic adventure...

Approximately 6-8 weeks after the course, your wonderful creations will be ready to collect. (Please note: things may take a little longer to be fired and glazed especially during winter months or busy periods).

COVID-19 guidelines

  • Your host's priority is to keep their customers and members safe. They ask that everyone attending any of our classes adheres to the current government guidelines
  • If you are unwell or have any symptoms of coronavirus, or have come into contact with anyone who has developed symptoms - please stay home and notify The Pot Project immediately

On the day

  • Use of equipment, clay & firing of one final item made during the class inc. (additional firing available at £5 per piece)
  • Please bring a bottle, old clothes, an apron and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty. Please have trimmed nails
  • Your host can be tricky to find, as they're tucked away. The Pot Project is on the left-hand side of the driveway, next to My Awareness Yoga Studio. The easiest way to find them is Google Maps (spot the building with a red graffiti mural, you've found them)

Change of plans? You can easily rebook the next available slot up to 14 days before your experience.
How to get a refund
Can't make it? We understand things happen! You can cancel and get a full refund up to 14 days before your experience.
Please note that this refund policy does not apply to gift bookings. You may reschedule your gift if outside the time period stated above. However, all gifts are non-refundable and expire exactly 1 year after the date of purchase.

You'll be hosted by

Gaby Connell

Gabrielle Connell is the maker behind Goob Design. After first finding her love of clay working at North Street Potters in London, Gabrielle went on to graduate from the University of Falmouth where she studied Contemporary Crafts. Gaby works predominately with stoneware creating functional tableware. As well as making her own creations and teaching at The Pot Project, she also works for The Village Pottery, based in Bristol. Gaby is passionate about creating sustainable pottery.

Chloe Lee

Chloe was first introduced to working with clay by ceramicist Potty Joy from Devon. Inspired by this, Chloe went on to further her learning by taking throwing lessons and self-teaching. Since then, she's gone on to teach a variety of workshops, including ones for people with disabilities.

This creative has also been making and selling work for the last two years through her business, Get Ya Pots Out. Chloe is passionate about celebrating the beauty in all bodies and making ceramics an accessible space for all to enjoy.
