Discover the craft of ceramics in this guided travel mug–making workshop, designed for both beginners and those with some experience working with clay. In this session, you’ll learn foundational pottery techniques while shaping your own functional and uniquely designed travel mug, with plenty of room to explore form and personal style.
After forming your mug, you’ll decorate it using a selection of coloured underglazes to enhance its surface and create a distinctive finish. Your piece will then be left to dry before being bisque fired, glazed, and fired again, ensuring it is durable, dishwasher safe, and suitable for everyday use.
This workshop offers a relaxed yet focused environment, ideal for individuals or groups looking to engage creatively and produce a practical, handcrafted object. Leave with a deeper appreciation for the ceramic process—and a travel mug made entirely by you.
Can't collect immediately? Don't worry – your creations will be kept at the studio for up to 6 weeks after they’re ready for collection.
This workshop is also BYO - so you're welcome to bring your own drinks along too.

Wear clothes you don't mind getting a bit mucky! The class itself shouldn't be messy but you may get a bit of clay on your sleeves.
