The Chefs: Lupo Dining
Growing up in a household filled with both Italian and English influences Giuliano Cocchiarella's food and style of service reflects this, big meals shared around the table like a family. Working in kitchens since leaving school Giuliano worked across the country and further afield in Australia, since the start of his career he has always chased fine dining and worked in some great restaurants including Scotts of Mayfair and more recently Adelina yard where he has been tested throughout but more importantly learned in abundance. Giuliano's food with Lupo Dining reflects his past jobs where classical dishes take centre stage but execution and presentation will be more refined and played with.
The Music:
Sønder Choir - blending the heartfelt power of gospel with the smooth soul of R&B and the energy of pop, Sonder Choir is a group of friends from Bristol who share a deep love for singing and harmony. The group love creating their arrangements organically, letting each song evolve naturally as they explore harmonies together. They create music that uplifts, inspires, and brings people together. It’s all about joy of music and friendship, and sharing this with others.
Mossfellow - the indie folk project of multi-instrumentalist and session musician, Samuel Fox, weaves together introspective lyrics and nostalgic melodies with a cinematic scope.
