Start your day the delicious way with this relaxed brunch workshop where you’ll learn how to make light and fluffy lemon and ricotta pancakes, served with a fragrant blueberry and cardamom compote.

This is a hands-on cooking experience perfect for brunch lovers and beginners alike. You’ll pick up a range of useful kitchen techniques—like whisking egg whites, making a fresh fruit compote, adapting recipes to suit your style, and presenting your dish beautifully. Pancakes will be served with yogurt and nuts, and you’ll enjoy your creations as part of a relaxed dine-in breakfast.

Cooking in pairs and using induction hobs, you’ll be guided through each step by The Cookery Studio team. Some elements will be pre-prepared to keep the pace relaxed and enjoyable, so you can focus on the fun bits—cooking, learning, and eating! A hot drink or glass of orange juice is included, and you’re welcome to BYO fizz if you’re in the mood for a celebratory brunch.
