Looking for the best beers in Bristol? This clever location-savvy audio tour of Bristol's breweries and taprooms takes you straight to the source. Get ready to immerse yourself into this city's brilliant, mostly hidden away, craft beer scene.

Everyone in your group will need their own set of headphones and a smartphone, so that each of you can follow the tour. Your friendly audio guide Heather will give you the back-story behind six breweries en route, surprising you with interesting facts about the buildings and areas you pass by. All of the audio, including a little beer-based knowledge, will be shared as you walk - so you can relax and chat amongst yourselves while enjoying your beers. Cheers!

So that you can plan future beer adventures in Bristol, while you walk, you'll be given the story behind several other breweries and how to reach them. There's been some big shake ups in 2026, and this tour has been freshly recorded, ready for May 2026, so that you'll have all the latest brewery news. There's far more than one day's drinking being recommended here!

As well as the six brewery tap rooms, you will get the chance to enjoy a pint in an award-winning pub's beer garden, owned by Bristol Beer Factory. You can choose to stop as many times as you like. If you find that you've gotten carried away with the beers, you could even choose to stop and then complete the rest of your tour the following weekend.

Is one of your group not a beer drinker? No worries. All of the breweries now have a good range of drinks, including cider, wine and spirits.

Total walking time (broken up by refreshment stops) around an hour, starting at Bristol Temple Meads train station. It finishes about a 20 minute walk from the starting point. The amount of time you take will depend on how much beer you'll have and your drinking speed.

Please note: You can take the tour anytime, but starting on Fridays (from 3:30pm until 6pm) and Saturdays (between 12pm and 5pm) are by far the best, as everywhere should be open. Thursday evenings are almost as good, as just one of the breweries will be closed. Don't worry about starting at the exact time that you book.
