These unique three-hour MasterClass will include some of the Science, Physiology and Fundamentals of Breathwork, followed by a delicious 90 Minute Guided Breathwork Journey. The day will close with a grounding / processing ceremony where food and teas will be served.
The master classes are led by Gus Hoyt, author of 'Why Breathe', founder of 'Breath and Ice' who is trained across multi-disciplinary breathwork techniques. As such he will bring a unique and exciting approach to each of the Sessions.
Each master class can be attended as a stand alone experience or they can all be attended in order to form a progressive and deeper exploration and understanding.

Gus is a Level 2 Wim Hof instructor, functional breathwork coach and free-diver. He works closely with people to help tackle their anxiety, recover from illness and reach peak sports performance.
