What you'll do

Take the time to relax, unwind and feel rejuvenated in this day of meditation, mindfulness and yoga in the beautiful Chew Valley countryside.

Your experienced host Paula will tailor the yoga to suit the abilities of the group so whatever your level you will be able to enjoy the feeling of being connected to your body and ensure you get the most out of the experience.

The meditation part of the day is an excellent opportunity to relax, as Paula will guide you through a range of mindfulness and breathing techniques. You’ll have plenty of time to practise these and discover what works best for you, so you can continue your mindfulness journey long after the workshop has ended.

You’ll also be able to make the most of being out in such a lovely, tranquil location as you take a walk in the countryside to connect with nature and enjoy the fresh air. Weather permitting, some of the other sessions will be taken outdoors in our lovely outdoor spaces so please bring suitable clothing.

You’ll definitely be ready for the delicious lunch that is included, but please do let your host know if you have any dietary requirements.

Please note that the minimum number required to book this experience is 3 people with a maximum of 6.

The studio was established by Paula, a qualified (with distinction) British School of Meditation teacher to bring meditation, mindfulness and wellbeing days to everyone in a lovely relaxed countryside setting. Paula Hewitt

Paula trained with the British School of Meditation and is a meditation mindfulness teacher with a background in health and fitness. Paula is passionate about bringing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness to all and enjoys passing on her meditation and mindfulness techniques during relaxing and enjoyable wellbeing days.
