Breathe wellbeing day

Take the time to relax, unwind and feel rejuvenated on this wellbeing day in the beautiful Chew Valley.

Here's what to expect:

  • An opportunity to feel connected to your body and mind
  • Meditation, mindfulness, some gentle stretches and adapted tai chi exercise
  • Relaxation, a lovely lunch and walk in the countryside
  • (Yoga can be arranged and added to this experience with additional charge on request)

The meditation part of the day is an excellent opportunity to relax, as Paula will guide you through a range of mindfulness and breathing techniques. You’ll have plenty of time to practice these and discover what works best for you, so you can continue your mindfulness journey long after the workshop has ended.

You’ll also be able to make the most of being out in such a lovely, tranquil location as you take a walk in the countryside to connect with nature and enjoy the fresh air. Weather permitting, some of the other sessions will be taken outdoors in our lovely outdoor spaces so please bring suitable clothing.

You’ll definitely be ready for the delicious lunch that is included, but please do let your host know if you have any dietary requirements.

Please note that the minimum number required to book this experience is 3 people with a maximum of 6. If you have a particular date you would like not shown as available please contact us to request and we will do our best to find a convenient date for you.
