Take a mindful pause in the middle of your week at Breathe, a serene studio nestled in the Chew Valley countryside. This calming experience is designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and leave feeling deeply restored.
• Begin with 1 hour of Yin Yoga – a slow, gentle practice of longer-held stretches that open the body and invite stillness.
• Follow with Yoga Nidra – a deeply relaxing guided meditation known as “yogic sleep,” allowing your mind and body to fully unwind.
• Complete your evening with 1 hour in the Wild Spa, where you can alternate between the sauna, hot tub and invigorating cold plunge while soaking up the tranquil countryside setting.
