Begin with a 1-hour meditation, guided relaxation & sound bath, led by a fully qualified British School of Meditation teacher. Gentle guidance and the healing resonance of sound will ease you into a state of calm and presence.
Afterwards, deepen your sense of restoration with 1-hour private use of the Wild Spa – a unique outdoor haven where you can enjoy the sauna, hot tub & cold plunge amidst peaceful countryside views.

A waiver to confirm you have no health issues and are in good health to participate in these activities will be required to be signed on arrival. We will forward this to you by email prior to attending for your approval. If you have any health issues or concerns please ask your GP if this would be suitable for you to attend.
Paula trained with the British School of Meditation and is a meditation mindfulness teacher with a background in health and fitness. Paula is passionate about bringing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness to all and enjoys passing on her meditation and mindfulness techniques during relaxing and enjoyable wellbeing days.
