Relax and unwind from the hectic day-to-day with a breathing exercise and a lovely guided meditation session. Breathe and Brunch is a great way to switch off and unwind from a busy week, enjoy a deep unwind followed by a delicious and nourishing brunch.

Starting with a breathing exercise, then a relaxing meditation to help you let go of the stresses of the outside world, your host will help you let go of the troubles weighing you down. Followed by a delicious brunch of granola, fruits and pastries and a chance to meet like-minded women and socialise!
