What you'll do

Experience a relaxing day of meditation and mindfulness in a tranquil studio situated in the beautiful Chew Valley countryside, near Bristol.

Meditation has many scientifically proven benefits for mental and physical health, such as lowering blood pressure, improving concentration, easing anxiety, helping with stress and increasing focus. It is also a fantastic way to connect with what is true to you and so this small group workshop is the ideal place to begin your journey and practice a range of techniques.

Your experienced host Paula will guide you through this relaxing experience and show you a variety of mindfulness techniques, encouraging you to find the ones that suit you best. If the weather permits, part of the day’s workshop will be taken outdoors to allow you to connect with nature in a peaceful outdoor space.

You’ll have a pause for lunch which is provided for you, so please let your host know if you have any dietary requirements.

If you are looking to sustain a regular mindfulness practice and take the benefits of meditation forward into your daily life, this experience will set you up so you are well prepared to do so.

Please note that the minimum number required to book this experience is 3 people with a maximum of 6. If you have a particular date you would like not shown as available please contact us to request and we will do our best to find a convenient date for you.

Paula trained with the British School of Meditation and is a meditation mindfulness teacher with a background in health and fitness. Paula is passionate about bringing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness to all and enjoys passing on her meditation and mindfulness techniques during relaxing and enjoyable wellbeing days.
