Meditation and Mindfulness for Beginners

Experience a relaxing day of meditation and mindfulness in a tranquil studio situated in the beautiful Chew Valley countryside, near Bristol.

Meditation is a fantastic way to connect with what is true to you and so this small group workshop is the ideal place to begin your journey and practice a range of techniques.

What to expect:

  • Your experienced host Paula will guide you through this relaxing experience and show you a variety of mindfulness techniques, encouraging you to find the ones that suit you best
  • If the weather permits, part of the day’s workshop will be taken outdoors to allow you to connect with nature in a peaceful outdoor space
  • You’ll have a pause for lunch which is provided for you, so please let your host know if you have any dietary requirements

If you are looking to sustain a regular mindfulness practice and take the benefits of meditation forward into your daily life, this experience will set you up so you are well prepared to do so.
