Breath and Ice Fundamentals Workshop

Step into the transformative power of breath, cold, and mindset in this immersive Breath & Ice Workshop - designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with your inner strength.

This experience blends ancient practices with modern science to guide you through a powerful journey of resilience, calm, and clarity.

What’s included

Guided Breathwork Journey

Learn how conscious breathing can regulate your nervous system, sharpen focus, and unlock deep states of calm.

Fully Guided Ice Bath Experience

This is more than a cold plunge. You’ll be supported every step of the way, learning how to work with the cold rather than fight it.

Mindset Training

Discover practical tools to reframe stress, build mental resilience, and carry this strength into everyday life.

Led by a highly experienced, fully trained, and insured instructor, you’ll explore the science behind breathwork and cold exposure, and learn how to safely integrate these practices into your own routine—whatever your lifestyle looks like.

Leave behind fatigue, stress, and self-doubt, and step forward feeling energised, grounded, and empowered. This is a chance to reconnect with a depth of calm you may have forgotten existed—and uncover a strength you didn’t know you had.
