Christina was an amazing host, very knowledgeable! The class was very approachable to myself as a beginner, covering everything you need to know about different types of coffee. I love that we got to try a range of different specialty coffee which represented what we had just learnt about, and then see how different brew methods then changed the flavour you can get. I feel much more confident ordering and purchasing specialty coffee now, and brewing these myself to get the flavours I want.

Truly fascinating. Learnt a lot I didn’t know and can approach coffee with renewed enthusiasm. Our host for the day, Christina was great too.

This session was informative, lots of fun and really good fun. I like to think I know a bit about coffee but Christina was a wealth of information on the coffee and filter brewing techniques. Great beans to sample through different methods. Really enjoyable. Would recommend to novices and seasoned coffee lovers alike.
