What to expect

You’ll arrive at Birmingham Brewery Company and be welcomed by your host, who will introduce you to the world of craft brewing. From there, you’ll step into the brewery itself for a behind-the-scenes look at how beer is made.

As you explore the space, you’ll learn about each stage of the brewing process - from raw ingredients through to the finished product - while getting up close to the equipment that brings it all together. Your host will share insights into a typical day in the life of a brewer, along with the techniques and decisions that shape each beer.

The experience finishes with a guided tasting session, where you’ll sample four different beers and learn how to identify flavours, aromas, and styles. After the tour, you’re welcome to stay, enjoy another drink, and chat further with the team.
