Beginners Yoga, Visualisation & Canvas Painting

Connection & Co invites you to an afternoon of Yoga Flow suitable for beginners, creative visualisation meditation, and creating a canvas painting as a talisman of your joy.

Let this be your opportunity to give yourself the nurture and nourishment you deserve, and blossom into Spring with a gorgeous community of like-minded souls.

Doors 12:45, opening circle at 1PM. We finish at 3.15PM ready for your Sunday roast ;)

1.15-1.45 Beginners Yogic flow

1.45-2 Guided visualisation meditation

2-3 Acrylic painting on canvas

3-3.15 Closing circle, share reflections & give thanks

Our facilitator is Esmée Asia Turlej, a non-binary Yoga, Ballroom & Latin dance teacher, psychedelic artist & tarot reader.

This event is completely open to all beings and bodies. The movement is an invitation for as much or as little as you are able to do, you are in control of your own pace; and feel free to let us know in advance for any physical disability, recent surgeries or injury and we can craft the Yoga Asana session to suit you.

Venue Accessibility

It features a large floor space, sound system, sensory lighting, seating area and accessible toilets. Step-free access is available at the entrance, featuring sliding doors. The building offers step-free access throughout.
