A fun summer holiday kids crochet workshop for beginners to create their own quirky little creatures! Using colourful yarns, simple shapes, funny faces, wild hairstyles and playful details, each child will design unique mini characters to take home and treasure. Throughout the session, participants will learn essential crochet techniques including how to hold the hook, create basic stitches, join shapes together, and add decorative finishing touches. The projects are specially designed to be fun, achievable, and creative, helping children build confidence while exploring their imagination.
The class is taught in right-handed technique but if your child is left-handed please let us know on booking. All the tools and materials are included in the price which includes crochet hook, stitch marker, yarn needle, chunky yarn and step by step instructions. The workshops is suitable for children from 9 years old plus.
Taught by certified crochet instructor Cristina Valladares who teaches regular courses and workshops in Bristol and surroundings. She also offers one to one tuition or ad hoc workshops.

CAN A PARENT STAY? We understand that a parent may want to stay with their child to help them on the day and join in on the experience. Unfortunately we can only allow a parent or carer to stay if the child has additional needs and/or requires them to. Please inform us on booking if you will need to stay for part or the whole duration of the class.
