Join Lucy Alice Yoga for a delightful autumn evening of fitness and fine wine - because the best way to live life is balanced! Get the blood pumping with an invigorating barre class and then relax after with a wine tasting experience.
What is barre? The night will kick off with an energetic 45-minute barre workout which fuses the grace of ballet, strength of pilates, and flexibility of yoga. This low-impact strength and conditioning workout is designed to enhance your alignment, strengthen your core, and sculpt and tone your muscles.
After working up a healthy sweat in the barre session above Clifton Library, the group will venture around the corner to Mercy, where a wonderful wine-tasting experience awaits.
You'll have the opportunity to sample a curated selection of exceptional wines, alongside some tasty grazing platters.
It's an evening of fitness, flavour, and fun that promises to be a memorable autumn night!

An excellent experience which I booked as a birthday treat and was thrilled with the evening! Lucy and Sarah were excellent hosts and my friends and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Lucy’s class was challenging but enjoyable and personalised according to the needs of the class. Sarah was an excellent guide and helped us explore new wines which I will definitely be trying again in the future! An excellent idea, would definitely recommend!
Arrive at Clifton Library no more than 5 minutes ahead of class start time. Wear clothes comfortable to workout in and bring jumpers for after class for the walk over the road & to be cosy as we sample some wonderful wines.
