Autumn Pop-Up Choir - Learn a whole song in one afternoon.
In just In three hours, we’ll learn a complete choir arrangement from start to finish, building up close-harmony parts by ear. The music will draw from folk, soul, blues, funk and jazz.
Alongside learning the song, we’ll explore rhythm, circle singing, vocal meditation and sound bathing.
The session is open to all abilities. No previous choir experience is needed and everything is taught by ear.
Group singing is a natural anti-depressant. It has been shown to reduce stress, boost the immune system, enhance memory, and stimulate the release of oxytocin — the hormone linked to trust, bonding, and social connection.
Come and enjoy the incredible benefits of singing in a group, meet like minded souls, and have fun.
Everything is taught by ear and everyone is welcome!
With over a decade of experience as a jazz and session vocalist and musical director, Molly combines her musical expertise with training in Group Voice Therapy and breathwork facilitation.
