For Mark, the director of ACF Teambuilding and Events, the proudest part of his job is the team he works with. Everyone at ACF brings a different skill and each person is committed to sharing fun, exciting events. The team comes from an array of backgrounds, from former police officers and firefighters to students. It was over 30 years ago in 1988 that Aldwick Estate first had the idea of using their scenic farmlands for something different. What started with a day of clay pigeon shooting soon became a full formed team building hospitality business. Mark has been working with Aldwick Estate since 2008 and has since taken over this side of the estate's events, adding everything from military days to escape room style treasure hunts. Mark especially loves creating unique experiences that no one has done before, and makes sure every ACF experience is one to remember.View more experiences by ACF Teambuilding & Events
