The secretive world of Meridia at Wake The Tiger is a fully immersive art installation amazement park, with multiple themed rooms to explore. This adults-only event is the perfect opportunity to explore the park at your own pace, discover every wonderful corner, and get some of the most incredible photographs.
This unique experience is the first time that you'll be able to explore the weird and wonderful world after hours.
Your ticket includes
- Unique after-hours exploration of the world of Meridia
- A drink from the bar (draught, wine or soft drink)
- Last entry to Meridia at 9:30pm
The Guildhall Café Bar also has a wonderful range of fresh, homemade & seasonal vegetarian and vegan food on offer and will be open to purchase food and drink until 10pm.
Please note these tickets can only be redeemed for visits in 2023 and cannot be carried over into 2024. If you are unable to make your original date, make contact and choose from any remaining date in 2023, including the Festive After Hours on 5th, 6th, 7th, 13th & 15th December.
About the world of Meridia
Step through the portal and welcome to the alternate world of Meridia. A world not too dissimilar to our own, which is facing an environmental crisis, but not everything is as it seems…
Once through the portal, you enter an old paint factory that the Meridians call The Dream Factory. In order to protect their world they have organised themselves into four guilds based on the elements: air, earth, fire and water, staging wild experiments in an effort to breathe life back into their world.
27 unique spaces will encourage you to play and explore through sound, sight, and touch in an interactive art walk-through experience. From the underground networks of the Mycelium Room, through illuminated singing ice, mechanical chambers, and elder forests.
You are invited to join a Guild and explore, discover and connect as Meridians try everything to re-wild their world. Which side do you pick, and what will the future hold?
