My name is Mafalda and I am a Yoga teacher based in Bristol. I first found Yoga when I was a dancer and later found myself in love with sharing it with others.
During lockdown I found that another way of practicing it was with the Trapeze and that increased my awareness of how including traction in our spine can be so beneficial and healthy. I incorporate a lot of breath awareness during my classes and offer adjustments or alternative poses to welcome different bodies in my class.
I'm very excited to be able to bring Yoga Trapeze to Bristol and share this journey with you!
