Acroyoga is a physical partner practice that offers entry level acrobatic skills for anybody. Working in pairs with one person 'basing' and another fly! - a bit like cheerleading or the dirty dancing lift!
Your host for this 2-hour workshop is Shell, an experienced yoga and acroyoga teacher. Under her guidance, you'll learn the basics and everything you need to know to start moving, coming away with a sequence you can try at home.
