Join Helena for this slinky Thursday night Flow + Yin. You will be wiggling, releasing and building strength through the body before settling into longer holds to work deeper into muscular tissues & fascia.

Helena holds space for you to drop into your body and find surrender. You'll leave feeling relaxed, lengthened and grounded.

Covid is still affecting our lives. In line with current government guidance, we ask you to not attend a class if you have any covid-19 symptoms or are testing positive.

On the day

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before the workshop is due to start
  • Please wear comfortable and stretchy clothes, such as leggings or jogging bottoms, (and be prepared with clothes that are still okay to wear if you are upside down!)
  • Wapping Wharf is accessible by foot, cycle and public transport. It is a short walk from city centre bus stops or the M2 metro bus stops at Wapping Wharf. There is limited parking at Wapping Wharf, but there is an NCP on Prince Street, a 5 minute walk away.

Helena Kaill (She/Her)

Helena is a yoga teacher and massage therapist in Bristol. She first got into yoga by doing her mum’s yoga VHS’ from the 90s and fell in love. She completed her first training in Ashtanga in 2014 and has since gone on to study Vinyasa with Meghan Currie and Yin with Bristol School of Yoga. Helena has also recently completed training with Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork which deepened her fascination with the body and its incredible healing powers. Her classes are a safe and inclusive space where you will always feel welcome exactly as you are.
