Join abstract artist Kate Elkington for her monthly Happy Doodles Creative Social Club! A beginner friendly, relaxed, joyful, evening of colourful creativity using a myriad of playful mixed-media techniques. Guided by Kate, you'll create your very own vibrant, intuitive, abstract artwork!
The Happy Doodles experience - Kate's unique art-making approach exploring colour, texture and mark-making - is all about letting go of perfection, having fun and leaning into the joy of the process. There is no right or wrong and every piece of art will turn out differently, which is all part of the magic.
The workshop has a lovely social atmosphere — a supportive space to pause, relax, sip, chat and create alongside others in a beautiful, light-filled gallery space with city views and an ever-changing collection of inspirational art on the walls. Many guests come with friends, while others come alone and enjoy meeting like-minded people. Think of it as a nourishing treat or a part of your wellbeing toolkit!
