Raziya specialises in authentic yoga, remedial and therapeutic massage, and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) coaching. She's been developing her expertise over the past 26 years. Raziya is passionate about showing us how we can support our wellbeing through these practices. Teaching authentic, traditional yoga which honours the roots of this ancient Indian holistic system. Raziya believes that when we practise yoga, its many teachings can help us to find more balanced ways of living.
Raziya organises and teaches at yoga day retreats and weekends across the UK, alongside yoga holidays in beautiful locations around the world. All in-person experiences are offered in a COVID-conscious environment to ensure all guests feel comfortable attending. Raziya also offers the options of online classes and workshops for others.
