Getting and managing bookings

  • Tools to acquire customers, build audiences and grow your revenue
  • Use our platform to manage your direct bookings, at no charge to either you or your customers (and we cover the payment processing fee).
  • Take customer payments and easily process refunds through secure integration with Stripe, including stored customer payment methods
  • Customise your booking confirmation emails
  • Send automated and personalised customer reminder emails 10-1 days before each experience (what to bring, where to go etc)
  • Take direct bookings and pay 0% Yuup commission AND Yuup pays the payment processing fee, these include:
    • Non-digital ‘passthrough’ bookings (via phone, email or walk-in)
    • Direct bookings that originated via your own website, email newsletter or social channels and made through a direct booking link
    • Enables you to manage all your bookings in one place, use all the great features on our platform for free!

After the experience

  • Measure success: see what people are purchasing and how much remaining inventory you have available
  • Follow-up email: automatically send a personalised follow-up message to participants the day after your experience and attach a PDF (for example, a recipe or summary of the day) if you'd like to
  • Customer feedback and reviews: customers receive an email the day after their experience requesting a review and once approved the review comments appear on your experience page(s)

Growing the community

  • Create and share wish lists: customers can save their favourite experiences to one or more wish lists and then share that wish list using a simple link on social, email, WhatsApp or SMS
  • Social shares: customers can easily share your experience pages on social
