Yogi Claire

Claire is a yoga teacher from Birmingham. She teaches weekly yoga classes, workshops, day and weekend retreats. Teaching yoga is not only Claire's career but her absolute joy. She's deeply passionate about how it benefits our wellbeing, promotes mindfulness, calm and self-empowerment.

Through teaching yoga, Claire aims to promote self-care, holistic wellbeing, self-confidence and reduced stress. She loves sharing the ancient philosophical aspects of yoga, as well as how it supports us physically with alignment, balance and posture.

Claire believes that breath, self-awareness and focus are key to a holistic and authentic yoga practice. Enhancing our mind-body connection is central to yoga - it can create balance and serenity in all areas of our life.

Claire specialises in Hatha flow and Yin yoga. She often combines elements of both styles into classes, while drawing inspiration from nature - especially the seasons, cycles of the moon and trees. Workshops should leave you feeling calm, balanced, nourished and in harmony with the world around you.
