What you'll do

Being a grown-up is confusing.

There's enough to worry about without trying to work out how to make gluten-free sourdough. Or wishing you were vegan when you're eating processed food because you're too tired and hangry to care.

This inspiring course will help you to develop a critical understanding of food, the body, the (crazy!) food culture we're in, and your relationship with food.

Having this kind of knowledge opens up so many new doors. It empowers you to make more informed decisions about what goes into your body and feel all the better for it too.

In this six-week course, you will achieve a new sense of calm from learning what to eat and how to feel great in your body. If you want to lose weight healthily or stop overeating, the personalised coaching and information will get you there. Plus the delicious new perspectives and recipes you'll discover will make you feel like you're always treating yourself well.

Whether your goal is to remove confusion about what to eat, to reduce food cravings, or transition to a healthier lifestyle I can help you achieve this. This course will create the nourishing life you deserve.

In your weekly sessions, you will reflect on your relationship with food, take onboard new learnings and begin to start embodying these changes. The structure will be as follows:

Course Schedule (08 October - 12 November)

October 8th Week 1: The food culture of the West and meeting our Food Talk

October 15th Week 2: Carbohydrates, Sugars, the Brain & a Healthy Weight

October 22nd Week 3: Fats- good or bad? & How to avoid diabetes

October 29th Week 4: Protein, Muscle, Cholesterol

November 5th Week 5: Antioxidants and a health gut microbiome

November 12th Week 6: Course overview, reflections and celebrations

Each course includes: - 6 weekly group sessions - Nutrition education - Personalised group coaching - Weekly tasks for creating sustainable change - A messaging group for motivation and support - One-One support through the weeks - Regular emails to support and inspire with recipes and more

Change your diet. Change your life.

Please note: there's a maximum group size of ten guests per course.

About Eat For Health UK

Eat For Health UK is ran by health educator Elle Tipping. This coaching service offers a mixture of private and group sessions that help guests change their attitudes to food - for the better.

Elle believes we're all capable of making meaningful changes in our lives. Sometimes we need some guidance to help unlock our true potential. Eat For Health UK takes guests on a journey of self-exploration, where they can discover who they are and how this influences their relationship with food.

Working intimately with guests, Elle challenges our learned behaviours and identifies any unhealthy habits that prevent us from fulfilling our dreams. Whether you want to adopt a healthier lifestyle, fall out of bad eating habits, or become more knowledgeable about nutrition - Eat For Health UK will support you in this journey.

Elle's popular course 'Reprogram your attitude to food' combines self-exploration with 50 years of nutrition science. Empowering guests with knowledge that enables them to understand the deep connection between our bodies and food.

It's time to be guided towards nourishing living and having a positive relationship with ourselves.
