Come and make your very own handcrafted mug with Pottymouth Workshop at The Greenbank in Easton!
Join ceramicists Naomi Stokes and Meredith Mason at Bristols multi-award winning community hub for the people of Easton. The Greenbank is a unique and welcoming space with a variety of tipples and vittles to choose from.
You'll be guided step-by-step through the process of making your own slab-built ceramic mug. You don't need any previous clay experience as everything will be fully explained on the day.
What to expect:
After a brief demonstration from your experts, you'll be left to flex your new skills! Practise the fundamentals of slab building: rolling out clay, slip and scoring, and decorative techniques to finish off with your personal and unique design.
Your finished item will be left with your hosts who will fire and glaze your work. You will be contacted to collect your mugs from your host within 2-4 weeks.
