This experience has been designed to leave you feeling physically relaxed and mentally soothed. Using both traditional and modern approaches to meditation and mindfulness, Dani will guide you through breath-work and gentle movement to wind down and settle into one of many possible guided relaxations: body scan, visualisation, somatic and sound meditations to name a few.
You’ll need loose fitting, comfy clothing (jazzy yoga leggings are not a must-have), a cosy layer and a bottle of water. Nothing is strenuous in this class, and all movements can be adapted for wheelchair users or those who would be more comfortable sitting on a chair than the floor.
All sessions are non-religious and spiritual language isn’t used during the session to be inclusive to all.

Hi, welcome to Feel Calmer.
Over the years, with help from many professionals and worldly-wise loved ones, I have built up a toolkit of skills which support me during the ups and the downs of daily life. Through Feel Calmer, it’s my mission to help as many people as possible do the same! I combine yoga, breath work, meditation and CBT techniques to deliver an hour (or more!) of pure relaxation: soothing the mind and body, by providing gentle guidance and an appropriate environment to regulate the nervous system.
Learn to truly relax the body and slow down the mind during a Feel Calmer session; all of which are accessible to beginners and experienced meditators alike.
Dani - “I am so pleased and honoured to be your host for your guided relaxation session! I really hope that you will leave a little lighter than you entered, and that you take one or more of the techniques I introduce with you as you go.
Until the age of 22, I thought the symptoms of anxiety I experienced day-to-day were just part of who I was: constant worrying, swirling thoughts, crippling self-consciousness and difficulty falling asleep (to name a few!). It was only after I hit crisis point in 2015 and was referred by my GP for counselling that I realised that this wasn’t me, this was anxiety, and it was something I had the ability to change. This revelation lead me to explore many different techniques to understand my mental health and how I could optimise it to find a happier, calmer life. Now it’s 2025, I’ve been honing my mental fitness routine and find myself the most secure I’ve ever been, and I want nothing more than to help others to do the same. I started Feel Calmer to do just that, and I’m so excited to help you along your way to a more soothed way of living.”
