As the saying goes, sharing is caring – that’s what this nurturing experience is all about. Group meditation helps us connect with others, create compassion and achieve a sense of harmony. They also feel as wonderful as a warm hug. In this experience, your host Paula combines meditation, mindfulness and relaxation to help you reach a mindful state of being.
What to expect:
This is an opportunity to make some room for self-care and share a special moment with friends. After such a blissful day, you’ll step away feeling light as a cloud.

Paula trained with the British School of Meditation and is a meditation mindfulness teacher with a background in health and fitness. Paula is passionate about bringing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness to all and enjoys passing on her meditation and mindfulness techniques during relaxing and enjoyable wellbeing days.
