Embark on a transformative journey with our series of sound baths, each held under the Celtic moon. Drawing inspiration from ancient Celtic lore and the unique energies of trees, these experiences offer a blend of sound, nature, and tradition.

Under the Holly Moon, we will connect with our protective strength and inner balance. The Holly, known as Tinne in Celtic tradition, stands resilient through all seasons and symbolises protection, balance, and directness. This period invites us to embrace our warrior spirit while maintaining harmony between opposing forces in our lives.

During this time, our ancestors honoured the Holly's evergreen nature as a symbol of endurance through life's challenges. Revered as a tree of protection and strength, the Holly encourages us to stand firm in our truth, overcome obstacles, and find balance during the darker half of the year.

Gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums and other instruments will guide you into a relaxed, meditative state where you can access your theta consciousness. Here, profound insights can occur, and the body's natural healing systems activate.

Together, under the Holly Moon, we'll create a space for enhancing inner strength, protective energies, and finding balance in life's dualities, raising our vibrations in harmony with nature.

Includes home-made raw, vegan, organic energy balls made with ceremonial grade cacao, to help bring you back to Earth.

Brillo

Brillo is a songwriter, composer, and teacher.

"I mostly lived on a mountain on my own from my late teens, until my late 20’s. I learned a lot about the principles of life from nature and my deep dives into music and creativity. For a long time, I saw music and songwriting more as a coping mechanism. I didn't realise at the time that I was learning to heal personal trauma. Though healing is an ongoing thing, I now use what I've learned to support others."

Ruth

Ruth is a qualified sound therapist and writer.

β€œAfter suffering from chronic pain for 13 years beforehand, my drum unintentionally became the antidote to my pain. An accidental gong bath, revealed to me that sound was my calling. Drumming, sound and movement have been incredibly healing for me and I love supporting people to delve into their inner worlds; to discover the wisdom that already exists within."
