Embark on a transformative journey with our series of sound baths, each held under the Celtic moon.

Drawing inspiration from ancient Celtic lore and the unique energies of trees like the Hazel, Birch, Elder, and Yew, these experiences offer a blend of sound, nature, and tradition.

Your hosts invite you to a transformative sound bath under the Blackthorn tree moon, a symbol of protection in ancient Celtic lore. As you immerse in the energies of the Blackthorn, our sound bath will guide you on a journey of introspection and strength.

Known as 'Straif' in ancient Ireland, the Blackthorn symbolises challenges and the resilience to overcome them. Guarded by the Lunantisidhe, moon fairies of Celtic folklore, the Blackthorn's protective qualities will be woven into our sound experience.

Gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, and more will take you on an inward journey to the subconscious, where new ideas and insights await.

You will receive a homemade raw, organic, vegan energy ball will once the sounds have finished.

How does sound healing work?

The instruments will put you into a relaxed state where you can easily access personal insights and explore your deeper self.

It's a shortcut to deep meditation; clearing your mind, providing a refreshing break from the fast-paced world. It can facilitate stress release, emotional processing, and sleep improvement.

What to expect:

You'll set an intention for your journey, whether that's healing, guidance, or relaxation. You'll settle into it with a guided meditation, helping you connect with yourself. As you lie down, the sounds take over, taking you on a journey deep within. When it's time to return, you'll gently be brought back to earth.

Brillo

Brillo is a songwriter, composer, and teacher.

"I mostly lived on a mountain on my own from my late teens, until my late 20’s. I learned a lot about the principles of life from nature and my deep dives into music and creativity. For a long time, I saw music and songwriting more as a coping mechanism. I didn't realise at the time that I was learning to heal personal trauma. Though healing is an ongoing thing, I now use what I've learned to support others."

Ruth

Ruth is a qualified sound therapist and writer.

β€œAfter suffering from chronic pain for 13 years beforehand, my drum unintentionally became the antidote to my pain. An accidental gong bath, revealed to me that sound was my calling. Drumming, sound and movement have been incredibly healing for me and I love supporting people to delve into their inner worlds; to discover the wisdom that already exists within."
