Welcoming women from all walks of life to join the host in circle for Cacao and Yoga.
The Maya verb chokola’j means: drinking chocolate together. Originating from the Maya word Ka'kau', Cacao is the embodiment of the feminine.
From the blessings and energies of the Maya women who process the cacao, the Earth grinding stone used by these women to hand-grind the cacao beans into paste to the flowing sacred water used to make the cacao drink, cacao is feminine. Cacao is sacred nourishment for the body, soul, spirit and heart.
Cacao empowers the heart and invites us to come back to a natural state of feeling (rather than over-thinking), allowing us to connect more deeply with the world and those around us.
Combining sacred cacao, a gentle yoga flow and sharing circle together makes for the perfect feminine reconnection.
