You can bake bread at home with a minimum of supplies, but there are a few tools that you'll want to invest in and we will tell you what you need to make the prefect loaf every time.
We will explain how do you test the yeast. How long and how do you rest the dough. How can you tell when your bread is done baking. Where should you store the bread, and many more tips.
There are few smells more tantalizing than a loaf of homemade bread baking in your own oven, but baking the perfect loaf is no easy feat. come to our Masterclass to learn more about baking bread.

Diets can be altered on request. However, some diets are difficult to accommodate in some of the cuisines. If in doubt just ask. Before coming let us know of any dietary requirements, this will help us to organise ourselves. Over 14’s are welcome with a full paying adult (must have their own ticket) Please bring containers to take the food away with you. Here are Cooking it we are trying to create as little waste as possible and we all have tupperwares at home! and bring your own apron.
Paul started his work in kitchens washing dishes as a 15 year old, and soon grew to love the hustle and bustle of this industry. He’s now worked as a professional chef for 24 years in kitchens all over the UK, as well as the U.A.E and Netherlands. As well as sharing his love for food at Cooking It, Mark also works at the National Chef Academy as Vice Principal, combining his passion for food and teaching with enthusiastic apprentice chefs. As a chef he’s willing to try anything and is always on the lookout for unique flavour combinations.
