This taster experience will reveal the many incredible benefits of wild swimming and give you the confidence to jump into wild swimming!

Here’s an opportunity to discover more about foraging and natural remedies as you explore a beautiful green space in Bristol. Meet a friendly local flock of sheep and put your herding skills to the test, with the help of your professional shepherd host, Chris Farnsworth. Treat yourself to a Nordic walking experience through one of Bristol’s most beautiful places- the Ashton Court Estate. You’ll wind through some of the estate’s 850 acres trail, including through the deer park which is home to 110 red and 90 fallow deer. Ever ridden a tandem? Now’s your chance to grab a buddy and hop on a bicycle made for two to explore The Strawberry Line. Simply turn up on the day and the Strawberry Line team will have your tandem, route and even a tasty picnic ready for you to head off on an adventure. The Strawberry Line runs through wildlife-rich wetlands, a nature reserve and farmland - you’ll cross the River Yeo, pass fishing lakes and find lots of spots perfect for your picnic!
