Your host will be Breath and Ice's founder Gus Hoyt, an oxygen advantage instructor who also specialises in Wim Hof Fundamental workshops. Gus has all the knowledge you'll need and more to guide you along your journey.
Explore and uncover the different benefits of conscious breathwork. No previous experience is required. This is a space for you to grow individually and together as a group. Connect with yourself and your body on a deeper level than you ever imagined possible, through guided breathing exercises. If this practice has the power to support people plunging their bodies into ice-cold, freezing water - you know it must be doing something right!
At some points, you may feel a little lightheaded, 'tingly', hot or cold during the experience. You may experience strong emotional responses. This is perfectly normal and something worth acknowledging and embracing - it's all part of a journey to connect with yourself on a more spiritual level. Discover the wonders of breathwork, learn how to put all your new knowledge into practise and witness its positive impact on your life.

Gus was such a welcoming and friendly host from the off. I didn't know what to expect, but it was a truly interesting experience. A wonderful way to tune out for an hour, relax and feel revitalised after, all just though breathing! I've already booked to to return next week.

Had a really good experience at this workshop, it was relaxing, fun and a nice, calming atmosphere. Gus is a great guide through the breath work, I felt really relaxed, despite it being my first time. Also a great space - really well organised with blankets and foam things for comfort. Will go again.

What an amazing experience - quite possibly life changing! Have been wanting to do the ice bath for ages and now I'm like why didn't I do this before!!! Will definitely be doing more of it because I can already sense that there are huge health benefits to these practices. Gus is a fabulous host and guides you through the day so that you feel at ease the whole time. Highly recommend it if you want to learn about healthy habits and challenge yourself outside your comfort zone.

Amazing experience! Would recommend to everyone, as it leaves you feeling present into your body and mind and it's down to something as simple as your breath. We don't acknowledge it in our busy lives and it's incredible to see what breathing deeply can do to your body! Gus is a great teacher and has a very calming presence. Will return in the future for more Wim Hof sessions.

Gus is a Level 2 Wim Hof instructor, functional breathwork coach and free-diver. He works closely with people to help tackle their anxiety, recover from illness and reach peak sports performance.
