A super chilled, safe and fun experience - a perfect introduction into Breathwork!

Working with the breath is transformative. We has the power to change our state of being - both physical and mental - through the simple practice of guided breathing.

Benefits include:

  • Alleviating anxiety and depression
  • Boosting immunity
  • Increasing cardiovascular health
  • Suppressing the stress-response
  • Alleviating chronic pain and inflammation
  • Increasing clarity, focus & intuition
  • Promoting better sleep
  • Aiding meditation and mindfulness
  • Balancing emotion and psychological energy

Join Gus for an empowering breathwork practice specially tailored for Monday evenings. Finish feeling healthier, happier, lighter and with more clarity than when you first began.

Your host will be Breath and Ice's founder Gus Hoyt, an oxygen advantage instructor who also specialises in Wim Hof Fundamental workshops. Gus has all the knowledge you'll need and more to guide you along your journey.

Explore and uncover the different benefits of conscious breathwork. No previous experience is required. This is a space for you to grow individually and together as a group. Connect with yourself and your body on a deeper level than you ever imagined possible, through guided breathing exercises. If this practice has the power to support people plunging their bodies into ice-cold, freezing water - you know it must be doing something right!

At some points, you may feel a little lightheaded, 'tingly', hot or cold during the experience. You may experience strong emotional responses. This is perfectly normal and something worth acknowledging and embracing - it's all part of a journey to connect with yourself on a more spiritual level. Discover the wonders of breathwork, learn how to put all your new knowledge into practise and witness its positive impact on your life.
