Your host will be Breath and Ice's founder Gus Hoyt, an oxygen advantage instructor who also specialises in Wim Hof Fundamental workshops. Gus has all the knowledge you'll need and more to guide you along your journey.
Explore and uncover the different benefits of conscious breathwork. No previous experience is required. This is a space for you to grow individually and together as a group. Connect with yourself and your body on a deeper level than you ever imagined possible, through guided breathing exercises. If this practice has the power to support people plunging their bodies into ice-cold, freezing water - you know it must be doing something right!
At some points, you may feel a little lightheaded, 'tingly', hot or cold during the experience. You may experience strong emotional responses. This is perfectly normal and something worth acknowledging and embracing - it's all part of a journey to connect with yourself on a more spiritual level. Founder Gus Hoyt is an Advanced Oxygen Advantage and Wim Hof Level 2 instructor who offers Wim Hof Fundamental workshops in beautiful locations around Bristol. They delve into Wim Hof theory in a fun and inclusive way, creating safe environments for you to put your new knowledge into practice. Because no Wim Hof experience would be complete without finishing off with an ice bath!
