Vegan nutrition masterclass

What you'll do

Feeling confused about our diets can leave us searching health foods stores wondering what we need...

Supplements? Super Foods? Healthy gut? Good carbs? Good fats? Low calorie? Protein powder? Antioxi-what?

It becomes impossible to tell who's trying to make money from your confusion and who has your back...

This workshop is essential for anyone thinking about going vegan - separating fact from fiction!

You will become fully informed about how to nourish your body on a delicious plant-based diet. There's no need to worry about ‘missing’ anything from your diet. It's about approaching veganism with a balanced attitude and some fun too.

Your host Elle, Eat For Health UK's founder will be breaking down vegan nutrition, sharing her expertise on:

  • The nutrition fundamentals of all three macronutrients: fats, carbohydrates and protein
  • The fundamentals of creating and sustaining a healthy gut microbiome
  • Tips on how you can sustain a plant-based diet for optimum health
  • Looking at which supplements are essential and how much to take
  • Answers for those (annoying) questions like 'where do you get your protein?’

If this doesn't make you hungry for tasty knowledge that could change your life, a Q&A will get any other burning questions answered. Even if you're just vegan-curious and want to find out more - this experience will tell you everything you need to know.

This forms part of Eat For Health UK's 'Don't Diet, Nourish' workshop series held at Easton's Co-Exist Kitchen.

About Eat For Health UK

Eat For Health UK is ran by health educator Elle Tipping. This coaching service offers a mixture of private and group sessions that help guests change their attitudes to food - for the better.

Elle believes we're all capable of making meaningful changes in our lives. Sometimes we need some guidance to help unlock our true potential. Eat For Health UK takes guests on a journey of self-exploration, where they can discover who they are and how this influences their relationship with food.

Working intimately with guests, Elle challenges our learned behaviours and identifies any unhealthy habits that prevent us from fulfilling our dreams. Whether you want to adopt a healthier lifestyle, fall out of bad eating habits, or become more knowledgeable about nutrition - Eat For Health UK will support you in this journey.

Elle's popular course 'Reprogram your attitude to food' combines self-exploration with 50 years of nutrition science. Empowering guests with knowledge that enables them to understand the deep connection between our bodies and food.

It's time to be guided towards nourishing living and having a positive relationship with ourselves.
