This dining experience by The Ethicurean on the outskirts of Bristol is a celebration of sustainable and ethical produce through Michelin-quality food.
Focusing on sustainable practices and a responsibility to the land, The Ethicurean pursues bold and imaginative flavours through forward-thinking culinary showcases. Expect seasonal produce served deliciously.
This foodie experience is a three-hour homage to good food, good farming practices and a good time.
You will be greeted at the gates with a seasonal amuse-bouche before you wander through the bountiful Victorian walled garden, backdropped by the dreamy Mendip Hills.
Up the garden path you'll find a beautiful restaurant within a Victorian glass house. It is here that you will enjoy cocktails and canapés before the dining commences.
Multiple courses will be served, showcasing the best seasonal produce from The Ethicurean's personal garden, orchard, and selected producers.
After your meal, a fire awaits your company. In the warm glow of the fire enjoy petit fours and a nightcap (or two).
